Shipping Policy
At this time, Proper Tool Co ships merchandise only to locations within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If the shipping carrier has a shipment that can't be found or puts an exception to the delivery, our policy is to wait up to 3-weeks for the shipment to arrive before issuing a refund or sending out a new product for replacement. If the shipping carrier damages a load, a new item will be shipped out to you in 15 days or less.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days after your order is picked up by the carrier from our shop in Austin, TX. Shipping times may vary based on your delivery location and delays during peak seasons may occur. When your order ships, we will send your tracking information to the email address that is tied to your order.
How much is shipping?
We ship out Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 4 pm Central Standard. All of our products ship via UPS Ground or USPS. Pricing is based on UPS and USPS rates for shipping ground from Austin, TX.
